Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time via WhatsApp or email.
2. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer time are not eligible for any refund or reservation guarantee.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are made in cash directly to the driver after the transfer; no prepayment or credit card option is available.
4. No-Show Policy
If the passenger does not appear at the pickup location, the transfer will be considered completed, and a new booking will be required.
5. Company’s Right to Cancel
In case of vehicle malfunction, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to cancel the transfer and will immediately contact the customer to arrange an alternative solution.
